I.  Approval of Minutes:
•   The draft minutes of the October 19, 2015 Executive Committee meeting & November 3, 2015 Special Executive Committee meeting will be discussed and considered for approval – please see attached draft minutes.
 
II. Financial Update:
•   Yadira Vasquez will review with you the financial reports for the NCCDD.
•   Updated Current & Projected Federal Awards – please see attached document.

III. Conference Funding Request

•   Autism Society of North Carolina Annual Conference – Autism Through the Ages – being held March 11-12, 2016 at the Hilton University Place Hotel, Charlotte, NC.  The request is to fund one speaker for up to $2,000.  Please find these documents attached.

•   Orange County Human Relations Commission – 2016 Human Relations Forum entitled “A Focus on Disability Awareness” – being held on Sunday, January 31, 2016 at the Whitted Human Services Building, 300 West Tryon Street, Hillsborough, NC.  The request is to fund one speaker for up to $500.  Please find these documents attached.
