The Rossi Fund, funded by NCCDD, was created to help families and people with disabilities improve their knowledge, networking and skill levels for advocacy, and to improve the lives of others.
The Center provides advocacy, peer counseling and peer support, independent living skills training, information and referrals, with other related services for persons with disabilities.
